Is it rape?

Last summer, I was at a get together with about 6/7 mates and we all had a bit to drink. Later in the night, one of my 'friends' who was along with the least drunk of us takes me to the 'tree house', he makes out with me so I kiss him back thinking it's an innocent kiss, but then things escalate. He starts taking his and my clothes off and he fingers, eats me out, and forces me to give him a hj and bj by holding my head/hand there. I told him to stop and slow down to give myself time to be able to think but I couldn't and he continued throughout the night. Later on, I passed out or simply fell asleep as I was drunk I'm not to sure and woke up to him fingering me in the morning. I've been diagnosed with depression since and have had a meeting with a therapist. But is it rape since it was never penetration by his penis? Or was it simply all my fault for drinking too much and not having the strength or courage to physically push him off? Sorry and thanks in advance x
