Can the CM be dry during early pregnancy?

Is it possible for the CM to be dry after conception? I’ve read that that CM production increases and it usually feels very wet. I didn’t notice CM during my first pregnancy.. but trying for baby 2.. and looking out for all the signs.. Tia!

I’m pregnant now and before my bfp i had little to no cm. My cm didn’t increase until i was about 3 weeks pregnant.

Yes, it can be. Mine was when I first got my bfp. It got really heavy after a few days, a little pink spotting, and it seems to have decreased again now that I’m actually past my af date by a few days.
