please help!

okay so today im 22 days late for AF. ive had a VERY faint positive home pregnancy test about a week ish ago. so i had a blood pregnancy test done yesterday. it showed as negative. doc told me to call in a week if still not AF.

my boobs are still killing me, low back pain off and on. nausea here and there, some cravings but mostly just a random urge where i HAVE to eat now! i cried during the cartoon movie the croods And land before time. also during the movie divergent😂 And my bbt has been 98.5 -99 the past 3 weeks. never dropping under 98.5. im having pregnancy symptoms but at this point getting discouraged.

is their a chance i could still get a positive? or should i say its safe to assume im not pregnant?

please help! TIA!
