Endo symptoms?

Hey Ladies,

I don't want to be disrespectful. I haven't been diagnosed officially with endometriosis. However, I was wondering what the symptoms are?

I have had very very painful period since I was 16. Birth control has helped a little bit cramps are still serious. I also cramp outside of my period sometimes.

I find it painful to have sex. I can only really do certain positions, or else it's sharp and I have to stop. It feels a bit like a knife or someone poking me with something sharp. I noticed this with all three partners so I know it's not a specific person.

I also get cramps when I have problems with bowel movements (which, I have IBS and several digestive issues so that's often).

Could this be endometriosis? My OBGYN hasn't mentioned it to me before. I had a cyst that popped and now I just have a pocket of fluid behind my uterus.
