Pubic bone pain?

Anyone else having pubic bone pain? I’m almost 22 weeks and for weeks now it’s almost felt bruised. It’s so sore that it even makes my legs weak. Anyone have any tricks to alleviate the pain?

I have the same thing. Im 37 weeks few days and its hard getting out of bed or switching positions at night , standing up from the couch could be painful too, wish i had a relief but i dont 😩 its the way the baby is for me very very low they tell me.

Yes I didn’t feel this until 30 weeks but my doctor said it usually starts getting more intense when baby turns head down towards the end of the pregnancy

I asked my dr about this. She said a belly band would help alleviate the pain. I’ve tried supporting my belly with my arms and it helps but I’m not sure how a belly band would help getting out of bed (that’s when the pain is worst for me.)

I wear a pregnancy belt when I’m at work or walking a lot. Also keep your legs together when getting in and out of the car and rolling over in bed. No lunges or running. Walk slower and take shorter step. No walking up stairs. Sit to put underwear pants socks and shoes on and I take Tylenol almost around the clock. I sleep with a blanket between my legs too. The maternity body pillows have too much stuffing and make it hurt worse because it’s pulls my legs apart too much.

I’m having it too! More so on the left side for me and it’s worse when I first stand up from sleeping. I haven’t found anything to relieve it yet😰
