Please pray for me.

I’m headed to the er right now I started spotting light pink Sunday and it started getting heavier I woke up this morning and I had to pee bad I got up and blood started running down my leg I sat on the toilet and I dropped to clots of blood as big as the balm of my hand I ended my period on the 3rd so it’s not my period it’s bright red and I’m super pale I have no energy I’m scared and really need prayers so if you pray please pray for me I could be having a miscarriage or a tubal pregnancy Idk but please pray.
