hCG level at 9 dpo?
I had a MMC in January and just got a bfp yesterday at 9 dpo after five cycles of trying since the MC. I called my doc right away because she told me to call once I got a positive.
I did blood work for hCG and progesterone. My hCG came back at 13 and progesterone at 7.7. She is starting me on supplemental progesterone but said my hCG was on the low side and that, combined with low progesterone, might indicate a chemical or non viable pregnancy. (Even though it was taken at 9 dpo which i know is so early!) I was so excited and now I’m kind of devastated! I am repeating the hCG test tomorrow after 48 hours so hopefully it is at least doubling. Here is a photo of my FRERs. The top is yesterday 9 dpo and the bottom is today 10 dpo. I think it looks pretty good but the doctor’s concern has me very worried. 😢
