Early pregnancy cramps???

Okay so I just found out I was pregnant yesterday. I am having lower belly aches like where my uterus is I’m no more than 5 weeks along. It’s kinda like a tiny period cramp. Is this normal? Should I worry? I’m taking GOOD prenatals and scheduled a doctors appointment for my 8 weeks (earliest they’ll take me unless I’m having complications) I’m not too worried I just am so scared of having a miscarriage that I need confirmation before I do worry a lot.
