Please somebody can tell me what this means I know its a bit early Im 10 days post <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but they gave me this tests at the clinic but no instructions or how to read them and I’ve never use this ones before... I think its a negative but I don’t get the minus and plus signs on the top or the bottom where it has a blank square and then a line in a square so don’t know.

Please help!
