When we were dating we never did gifts just a nice dinner out. Since being married we look together and do traditional gifts (1:paper 2:Cotton 3:leather etc) that can be used as decor around the house. One day we’ll have a wall of anniversaries so to speak.

Today is my 3 year wedding anniversary as well as 9.5 years of dating.  This year we kept it simple, I got him a big big of his favorite candy as well as some energy drinks that he likes. He got me roses. We also bought out instead of me cleaning and cooking. Since Father's Day is Sunday I didn't want to overload him with stuff since I have a whole day planned for him.
