My ultrasound doesn’t look like anyone’s

So I had an appointment yesterday at 9w1d. She went pretty fast and didn’t spend more than 4-5 minutes doing the ultrasound. At 5w3d the baby measured exactly 5w3d. At 6w4d the baby measured exactly 6w4d. Yesterday at 9w1d our baby measured 9w4d. However, you can’t really see arm buds or anything like some women that are 9 weeks. Is it because she didn’t spend time really trying to get a good pic? All you can really tell is that the head is on the right side. Are the legs in the circled part?
