$200. What would you do with it?

I just got a $200 pre-paid Visa card in the mail because I am a member of a service. I don’t really know what to use it on though 🤔 All my bills are paid to my knowledge. I have more than enough money to put into my savings and to just leave in my account. But what should I use it on? 
I could just save it in case of an emergency? Or if I get pregnant this year maybe it could come in handy buying some extra things? I could use it for a portion of my new 65” tv I’m buying soon? Save it for groceries when the time comes?

I'd personally save it for an emergency. you never know when youd wish you hadn't spent it

Just make sure if there is an expiration date then plan accordingly to purchase things for the baby.

Spend half on a treat for you and half on food for a food bank (or other charity in need).

I wouldn’t recommend saving the card itself for an emergency, because it likely has fees and an expiration date. But you could use it to buy groceries and gas next month, and then put what you’ve saved on those in an emergency account.

If you have more than enough in your accounts, then you could always donate it to a local charity or nonprofit. Every little bit helps them!

Use the card for groceries/gas/needs, and put that $200 that you would have used for groceries in savings. That way you’re not at risk of losing the card, or it expiring or getting a deduction from not using it within a certain time frame.
