How Do Fit Moms Get Enough Calories
Okay I might be freaking myself out here but I’m a dance teacher and pretty active in general. On average my FitBit says I burn 2300-2400 calories. I average eating around 2500-2600 but I still wake up starving. I want to make sure that I’m giving my baby everything he needs. How do you ensure you’re getting enough nutrients?
I’ve added:
Boiled eggs
Peanut butter
Nuts
Avocado
Flax seed
Etc to my diet
