Did she drop?!

I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and I think my daughter finally dropped. For a few weeks now & even just 24 hours ago I felt my daughter literally right underneath my boobs like hard bulge like her butt. Just today I started having pelvic and hip pain. Feels like my hips are stretching and separating. Also, her hiccups feel like they are in my hips now. Does this mean she has dropped? If she did drop should I expect to go into labor soon? This is my first baby at 29 so already anxious but now even more that I notice a difference in how she is positioned.
