On my way to the ER. right when I was getting ready for work. Could be an esophagus tear from so much vomiting! My real concern is I just got written up at work... :( I need to keep my insurance for my appointments. I’m just worried they will fire me.

I sent my HR lady a email explaining the severity of this absence and that it isn’t just a sick call in. It’s an emergency. Hopefully they have mercy on me 😔 I would just get another job if it wasn’t so pressing to have insurance.
