Weird Rash on 7month old?

Guys we use babyganics diapers. This just started happening & it comes up as little patches on her butt too & in her crease of her diaper area! We have put nystatin cream on it it takes down the redness? I just want to know what it is! Picture of her left baby love handle area & her crease!

Hi, try organic virgin unrefined coconut oil. It’s antifungal and antibacterial, whatever it the rash is I believe it will help

My little girl has pretty bad eczema flare ups. I’ve tried everything. The only thing that would take of it was using hydrocortisone cream twice a day until it was gone. And now I still use baby eczema lotion twice a day.
