pooping ALL the time?

my little boy has had really runny and frequent poops. anywhere between 1-4 hours he poops and it's always like runny. sorry for the tmi. He has normal temperature and no other symptoms. I took him to doctors she said stomach bug and it should clear. it's been 11 days now and it doesn't show any sign of clearing. I'm taking him back on Monday to see her but has anyone else experienced This? a few people have said it could be teething and it will stop when his tooth comes through. He does seem to be chewing everything could this be true? I've tried giving him things like toast and banana as the doc reccomened but it has had zero effect on the consistency. He's waking up a few times a night coz he need to poop. I just want him to feel better 😔
