Exercise when TTC
Hi ladies! My husband and I are TTC and I love to workout. I noticed the my CM is really low and just purchased Mucinex and ovulation kits to help us this month. I’m wondering if my exercise is hindering our chances. I workout anywhere between 4-5 days a week and I am used to this. I wonder if my workouts are “too intense” and are lower my fertility. I usually complete 20-30 minutes for HIIT 4 times a week followed by weight training for another 20 minutes (not heavy). One day a week I usually only just go for a walk up hill. I’m wondering if anyone had issues with too much exercise and if I should ton it down to only 10-15 minutes of HIIT for 3 days and light cardio the other two days. Thanks in advance!
