Is there a chance this could be positive?!

So last week I was having some slight spotting. Then yesterday I actually randomly got nauseous, then I felt super hungry. I’m supposed to start today... So this morning I took a test and normally I ONLY buy red dye but I decided to just go the cheaper route and this came up before the 3 minute mark?! I’m trying so hard to not get my hopes up... do you guys see something too?? Last month I was so sad my AF showed, I’m praying so hard this month is different!!!
