When should I start purchasing baby items?

I am currently 23 weeks & will be 24 weeks on Monday. Very complicated pregnancy but we’ve made it this far after losing the twin & two other miscarriages in the 2nd trimester. 
When do you ladies think it will be a good safe time to start purchasing items for this little princess?

I think it's best to wait with buying baby stuff after 32 weeks. That's what I will do with my rainbow as I lost a baby boy at 20 weeks and now I'm 16 weeks and I'm planing to buy baby blotches after 32 weeks as by then if the baby comes early the doctors can help.

I’m not buying anything until baby gets here bcz I lost my son at 37 weeks , but with my daughter I went crazy as soon as I found out she’s a girl.. my stillborn I got his crib and stuff set up at 32ish weeks

With Babies R Us going out of business, I’ve bought some clothes, a bottle warmer, diaper bag, just some small stuff. I won’t buy any big ticket items until 28 weeks. I don’t want to wait until I’m in the 30 week mark because I’m nervous I am going to have a preemie do to being underweight.

I started purchasing right when I found out I was pregnant. I had no idea how far along I was and wanted to at least have the basics. 
We found cloth diapers on Marketplace that week, a couple weeks later a crib and some gender neutral onesies and sleepers for the first month.

I started stocking up on diapers and wipes. I also got a few big items bc babies r us isngoing out of business. However now at 17 weeks, I won’t be buying anymore items such as clothes etc. I’ll leave that up to my bang shower in 3 months
