Question! 😄

So AF was suppose to come the 5th, I am now 3 days late. I have PCOS and in April I stopped taking birth control because me and my husband started ttc, in May I had a regular period & in June I had a regular period. I have had some cramping Monday for like an hour and last night and pretty much all day today but no sign of AF at all. I was wondering if any ladies conceived naturally with PCOS 3 months after stopping birth control?
