How much tummy time for 2months?

How much do y’all do? My baby has gotten a flat head so we are doing about 18 hours a day ( her ped said we could do supervised belly naps) and she naps ALOT

Uh...10 minutes...a couple times a day.  She calls it torture time.
With my first we didn’t do too much tummy time but once she got neck/Head control we had her sitting more.  Once she was sitting more her head rounded out.

but hes held his head up since birth and moves his head side to side so he doesnt get flat head

I try to do about 5 or so minutes at least a couple times a day but my LO likes sleeping on her side (she would do it on her own) an occasionally sleeps on her back so haven't dealt with flat head issues.

I wasn’t sure how to answer the poll. I do about 3 to 4 mins 3 times a day. My daughter likes it so if she can handle it I draw it out a little longer. She’s going to be 2 months old on the 20th.

We do them for so long becuase she loves tummy time but is a bit lazy so she’ll just fall right asleep when we put her on her tummy so most of her sleep during the day is a belly nap, I always put her on her back after she fell asleep which causes the flat spot...glad her ped gave the go ahead for belly naps !

We do about 5 minutes during each day nappy change. Also about 10 minutes in the morning and next week will be adding back massage time as well. So all together about 30minutes with a hope to increase to 40 minutes with massage.

Never more than 20-30 minutes at a time. Even if we do it 2xs/day I would guess we’ve never hit the hour mark per day.

About 10/12hrs per day. We do a lot of kangaroo care, supervised belly napping, and a little playtime (not his favorite). He has an eye condition which causes him to tilt his head to find a null point. Unfortunately that bill point has caused one side of his heSd to develop a flat spot.
