Constipation!

Is anyone else dealing with constipation? Ever since I came home from the hospital my body has not regulated itself. I will go one day and won’t for like 3 days minimum up to a week. So when I go it is very painful and I bleed. My OB recommended Colace and Miralax and Colace doesn’t really help, the Miralax does but I don’t want to take it regularly. I will usually eat some prunes but is there anything else I should be doing? I know I need to be drinking a lot of water so I need to increase that but idk what else. Also I am EBF.
