Severe lower back pain
Okay, so I had severe lower back contraction like pain that lasted 3-5 minutes. It’s so bad I was hunched over. This isn’t the first time it happened, it happened June 4 as well. I started my period June 10 and I’m off now. But I just had another one. I thought maybe a cyst, but it’s on both sides of my back. Any ideas???
