Night shifts screwing up my period?

I started my new job at a nursing home and it’s only been a month and my period is late by 4 days. I usually work night shifts and when I get home I barely get any sleep. Can this make my period delay ?

i would say yes. big changes in your life and schedule especially ones involving you being up and asleep at totally new hours could likely be the cause of your period being gone.
