Any of you BFP ladies have achy legs early on??

I am 9 dpo and for the past couple nights my legs have been soooo achy for no reason. It reminds me of growing pains or how I felt after pulling a double shift as a server lol. Haven't done anything to cause it though so thought I'd see if anyone had ever experienced it and been pregnant!

Im not a BFP lady just trying to share some knowledge on achy legs and Magnesium. I was highly anemic to the point of almost needing blood transfusions (due to heavy periods from fibroids) my doctor recommended I take iron twice a day for a few months to build my body back up. I was also experiencing extreme soreness in my legs and I also had restless leg syndrome type symptoms when I would try to sit and watch tv or go to bed. I thought it might have been associated with the anemia so I started taking the iron. The doctor also warned me that iron can cause constipation, especially at the level I was prescribed. Internet research provided me with knowledge that some people had leg cramps due to magnesium deficiency. I asked my doctor about magnesium and he said there was no harm in me taking it. He did warn me that magnesium can upset stomachs and recommended I take it at night. He said the iron and the magnesium would balance each other out (one stopping you up/one making you go). My leg cramps went away, my anemia went away, and I had the fibroids removed.

Below is a link about magnesium and infertility, miscarriages, and healthy amounts to consume during pregnancy. I'd recommend making sure your prenatal vitamins have these levels of magnesium in them or buying a supplement!

I am experiencing the same thing at 12-14 dpo. It was really random and I never had that feeling before. My lower back has been giving me issues but that happened during lmp. But at 13 dpo, I had a bfn. Today at 14dpo, no af, but i hace not tested. What dpo did you get your bfp?

I didn't have them before my BFP but I definitely had them starting from around 6 weeks. Omg they are terrible! I still get them and am 13 weeks. I can't even walk 15 mins without the pains starting. They feel just like growing pains. I started taking a calcium supplement to help. It could definitely be a sign!!

I did through out my whole pregnancy. Was worse in the end of it. Stretching seemed to help some.
