Pregnant or pill

My pill makes me have two periods a month. About two weeks ago my boyfriend came inside and the day after I got my period but for the whole duration it was so light I didn’t need a pad or panty liner apart from a few clots that came out. I usually have heavy ish periods but I have noticed them getting lighter each time. My boyfriend came inside again on Monday and my period came the next day again. This time I’ve had some really really light spotting, not really even enough to go in my underwear but I’ve had light cramping. I’ve never missed a pill. Bit worried I could be pregnant but it could be from my pill. Pls no hate
