Babies close in age?

I kind of just need to vent because I'm 13 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and have a 4 month old.. yes it was a shocker but at the end of the day, it's another blessing & my baby girl will have a sibling super close in age to grow up with. Anyways I wanted to keep it a secret because even though my fiancé and I live alone, pay for every thing on our own (besides me getting wic) people feel the need to give their negative opinions. His sister and him are Irish twins also so they're both the same age for a couple months till his birthday.. so I thought his mom would understand but no she seemed the most disappointed & his sister got mad and threw a fit (she wasn't happy about the first baby either) it just pisses me off because everyone is making this pregnancy seem like it's a huge mistake and I've even got asked if we we're going to keep it.. like wtf. I understand its going to be rough and even more hard with two babies but I just want to be able to enjoy this and no one seems to know how to keep their mouth shut if they don't have anything nice to say... does anyone else have children close in age? Any advice would be appreciated.
