Painful bloating
Has anyone got any tips? I’m 11 weeks today and now and again I get really bad bloating my stomach swells and it’s painful i know it’s not because I’ve over eaten because I’ve been suffering with sickness so haven’t been eating as much as I should , always seams to happen when I’m at work and I do 15 hour shifts on my feet and it gets so unbearable, need some quick remedies to ease the discomfort ?
