Can someone just give me a little information on bbt ? I have bought a thermometer today as doc said it could be helpful if i start tracking it as im having trouble conceiving and my progesterone levels are abnormally low. Ive been referred to hospital, and awaiting a letter to confirm appointment there so i just thought i would get a head start on charting my temps. Any help would be greatful tia xxxx
