tata trouble

has anyone else had weird swelling in their breasts. I mean I know breasts swell during pregnancy, but since I've been pregnant and my breasts have been growing like crazy I've noticed some strange swelling on the bottom of my breasts. like, you can see every little tiny hair follicle. everything I've looked up says something about breast cancer, but I just don't know. I didn't have this prior to being pregnant. I also noticed it gets a lot worse when I take my bra off. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it because it's worrying me, I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue.
