light pink spotting?

Hi ladies I'm having my d&c; done tomorrow.. The baby doesn't wanna come out ... as I wipe to go pee I notice light pink... do u think it might be the fetus coming down ? slowly please I need help so confused.. My first pregnancy 😢 ended ... also I'm scared to get put to sleep tomorrow did any of u ladies feel this way and woke up after and said to them selves that was easy or something please let me know ! ladies I wanna feel comfortable I'm having anxiety bad just thinking of getting put to sleep
