HELP PLEASE FREAKING OUT

Okay so im trying so hard not to freak out!! Me and my boyfriend got carried away and had unprotected sex Saturday. He never came in me and he claims to have pulled out early. Anyway, im supposedly going to get my period in 3 days according to this app. Usually a week before I get sore boobs and cramps. This week i got sore boobs but no cramps... Im freaking out. We ALWAYS use protection but idk what got in us this time so please no rude comments. Is it too soon to feel “symptoms” or do you guys think its just my period. Please no rude comments as some ladies have attitudes and act like they never did a mistake in their life 🙄. Helppp
