Breastfeeding + Pre-workout
I'm going to start working out again, but this time Im going to make it stick. To better myself, to be happy with myself. I will be going to the gym tomorrow morning at 4 am since nobody really goes at that time says my fiance. Well since I'll only be getting like 3 hours of sleep since my 2 yr old wants to stay up and watch videos on daddy's phone and daddy is asleep from a long day at work and a recent tooth extraction. So my question is can I drink a 16 bottle of water with one scoop of preworkout? Is it safe? I still breastfeed my 2 yr old in the morning and at night. Please don't judge.
