8 weeks pregnant with no symptoms...normal?

I am 8 weeks pregnant but I have no symptoms. I am worried because I am not sure if it is normal or not. I have my first visit with my doctor in 2 weeks. Should I be concerned because of having no symptoms? Please help!

IDK if I can remember any symptoms, but I didn't know I was pregnant for 4 months, maybe there were little things like hesrtburn that I had and never did before...you could very well just not have any symptoms this early. 
Symtpoms will come, for sure though. Happy and healthy pregnancy!
