I am just shy of 30 weeks pregnant. At my last doctors appt at 25 weeks I had only gained 4 pounds... No big deal. So this time (5 weeks later) I have gained an additional 10 pounds. I do not look any heavier.. Or feel it. But my doctor said I should slow down and ''maybe walk the dog more," (with a giggle) this made me almost cry!! I left there feeling fat and disgusting. Ugh. Rant over...
