Help to relax and stop worrying.
I'm literally THE worst person in the world for worrying about things. I constantly worry about things when it comes to my baby and I've been told by my midwife that I need to stop worrying so much as it causes extra adrenaline which makes my baby really dosile. Which in return makes me worry more. It's so frustrating. I was just wondering if anyone has been through something similar and had any relaxation techniques or any advice on how to worry less.
