For me, sleep. It's just being tired all the time... it wears you down. But some people handle little sleep better and my daughter sleeps ten hours a night, I'm just a night owl so I wind up only getting 6 broken hours. I could feel better if I wanted to... 😑😂

I’ve had 3 pregnancies, 2 natural labors without pain relief, but I’d vote for sleep... because you’ll never go back to sleeping the way you used to... in the beginning u’re a walking zombie, when Baby starts sleeping thru, your body still struggles to get to old routine and sleeping-in doesn’t exist anymore...

Pregnancy is long, exhausting, and uncomfortable.
Labor and birth is painful, but relatively short.
Losing sleep depends on baby and how much help you have, but it’s definitely mentally and physically exhausting.
They all have their challenges.

I've been through it all. I had a very complicated birth, but it was only 68 hours, which isn't as long as pregnancy. I was never as tired with a newborn or breastfeeding as I was when I was pregnant and I had severe SPD during my first pregnancy. I'd definitely say my pregnancy, specifically the third trimester, was much more difficult than anything else.
