freaking out please help

i took two pregnancy tests today. ome earlier in the day it was a digital it said not pregnant. i just took another and it said pregnant. i took it because im 3 days late....i have had beer and advil today idk if that could create a false positive. i have a tubal ligation scheduled next month. wtf. could it be false helllpp

update...i didnt think beer or advil would cause a false either... i just dont get why i would have a negative earlier today and suddenly a positve just 9 hours later...
