IS THIS NORMAL?!

Question

I havent had sex in over 3 weeks. Everytime that i have had sex it was protected with condoms and the pullout method. I have been having regular periods. My last period ended one week ago ( last thursday). I just went to the bathroom and saw blood when I wiped. So my main question is if this is normal or not! Could I be pregnant or is this totally normal? Im not very sure about this kinda thing

Pull out method isn't always spot on. It could go either way. I had my period before I found out I was pregnant.

What colour was the blood?
-If it's a little bit of light, bright red then it could just be a cut - have a look with a mirror if it's external
-If it's more brown then it could be the remnants of your period just being a little late
-If it's more of a dark red, like your period then keep an eye on how much blood there is. If it's a lot and is the same tomorrow then I'd personally see a doctor just to be safe.
