Is this normal?!??

I’ve been on the depo shot for a year and my last shot was November or December, I had a two month long period then a 1 week one a couple weeks later. This app says I should’ve started yesterday but I haven’t and I had unprotected sex one time which we was careful about then the rest protected. Is this just my body trying to get back in balance and back to normal or should I take a test?

If u had unprotected sex, then no u weren’t careful. So, pregnancy is a possibility & u should take a test. If it’s negative, wait another week or two & test again to be sure. If ur not pregnant, then it’s likely ur body adjusting to being off the shot, which can take up to 18+ months.
