Premature ejaculation

I started having sex with my bf. I’m 28 and he is 25. I’m not sure how much experience he has in bed. But the 4 nights we’ve had sex he has come early each time. And I mean like 2 minutes in. It’s extremely frustrating bc we don’t get enough alone time for sex, we went thru a lot to try to get to spend the nights together, and I was hoping I’d get some pleasure too. I’ve had great sex partners in the past. He eats me out and he really takes his time with foreplay but I need some good penetration for an orgasm, longer than 2 minutes. He also has a hard time getting hard and I think it’s bc he might have performance anxiety. What should I do? I want to be nice and sensitive but at the same time I want to be extremely honest. I want satisfying sex. What do I do?
