baby dust or AF ?

Me & my partner aren’t trying to get pregnant but we aren’t preventing it, we had unprotected sex a week ago and i’ve been experiencing light cramps and sore breast like AF was going to start, but i’ve already had my period for this month so i thought this was very weird. could this be implantation even though i’m not bleeding?
