Vitex/Supplement help?!
Hi Ladies,
I just bought some vitex today and I was wondering if they are ok to mix with other vitamins/herbs.
I currently take a multivitamin called Reload for women and that has everything you can think of in it but my husband said I should check first before taking.. and I was also thinking about getting either Maca or Saw Palmetto capsules also.
