Just a question

so my period was a whole week late. I'm usually regular with the PMS, cramping and bleeding all day and night. I felt sick and my boobs were hurting. I tested negative. the 16th I bleed during the day very light cramping, After eating about probably an hr I had diarrhea. Weird. At night nothing which is not normal at all. yesterday same thing but without cramping. today the same as yesterday. I already made a doctor appointment from my period being late for thursday. Just asking to see if anyone knows what this is?
