Hot flashes and night sweats

I had my little girl 6 months ago and the past few weeks I’ve been getting hot flashes and night sweats again. I can have the air conditioner blowing at 60 and still be feel sooo hot, even with it blowing directly on me. Plus, I feel exhausted, even getting 10+ hours a night. Does anyone know, Is this a normal hormone change? It feels so abnormal to me and I’m definitely not pregnant.
