Spotting and cramping on patch

I’ve been on the patch 3mos this month I’m on my second patch, I had mild cramping yesterday, I was super emotional and my boobs were so sore. Today I’ve had mild cramping and some bright pink spotting when I wipe and tender boobs, along with the light nausea for the last few days. I haven’t had any issues with the patch until now I love it! I’m sometimes late at changing them and even then no issues. I’m worried about getting pregnant because my last patch I was 3 days late changing it and in those three days had unprotected sex.
