Protein in urine during 3rd trimester

I’m 33 weeks. For the last 3 times I’ve been to the doctor there has been protein in my urine. I have a pretty shitty OB who I’ve seen twice so far. 🤦‍♀️ She hasn’t even told me what hospital she delivers at or anything. Even though we asked. Needless to say, we are switching to a new doctor despite being so late.

Is it dangerous to have protein in your urine? I have no infections or anything. My blood pressure is always perfect. I’m high risk so that’s why I’m a bit worried. My OB typically is very delayed with sending my high risk doctor my test results and all that so that’s probably why he hasn’t mentioned it. I will be asking him at my next appointment. Just wondering if anyone on here has had this.
