FMLA/supervisor
Can supervisors deny some of your FMLA leave? I’m entitled to 12 weeks of leave through FMLA and will be using 8 weeks of it. Today, my immediate supervisor was talking to everyone and said “I’ll take over your caseload during those 6 weeks.” I was sitting there thinking, “um, it will be 8!” But I don’t see any point in rocking the boat until my delivery (August 19) gets closer. Could she deny me 8 weeks of leave?
