Teachers?

Question

Any teachers on here? I'm really thinking about going to school to become an elementary teacher. I'm 24 with two young boys. Do you love what you do? Pro's and con's? I'd love some input.

I just finished my first year of teaching elementary. pros would definitely be the kids, cons would be the pay and the hours I ended up having no weekends no time for me and was at school for 10 hours a day.

Pros: the kids and the subject matter 
Cons: exhausting!! and also difficult students

I'm a teacher- I love it.  I think you have to be meant for it, not everyone is, but if you know, you know!

Love it but keep building your resume and leadership abilities to be able to move up. Eventually you will likely want more money/ leadership.
